Terms of Service

By using this website and requesting a consultation, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Spurry Studio provides three groups of services: websites and digital experiences (website design and development, customer intake, and custom website features and integrations); AI and business automation (AI receptionists, AI website assistants, and custom workflows and integrations); and marketing and content (digital advertising, SEO and Google Business Profile, and content creation). Specific service scope and pricing are agreed upon separately with each client. Performance-based marketing is available as an optional engagement model for qualifying businesses.

Service Term

Monthly services carry a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial term, monthly services continue and may be cancelled by the client with notice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. One-time setup services are billed as agreed prior to work beginning.

Advertising Spend

Advertising spend (such as Google Ads or Meta Ads budgets) is billed directly by the respective ad platform and is separate from our management fees.
